Pop up heads repair Gilbert Arizona

I was contacted by a customer in Gilbert Arizona to do a warranty repair on an A&A Manufacturing (Pentair) 6 port water valve. Some of the tabs inside the water valves lower base broke, causing water pressure to escape into zones (pipes) that should have been sealed off. The pool was not staying clean because the pop up heads didn't have enough pressure to come up all the way and rotate.

This was the most difficult pop up heads repair I've done. The builder partially buried this water valve below ground, far enough that I had to lower the water level of he pool to cut the valve out so it didn't flood the area. It was extremely difficult to cut the 6 pipes inside the hole that deep.

I made sure to make the pipe long enough that the valve was above the ground by 4-5 inches when I was done so any repair work in the future would not be this difficult. The valve is working as intended and the cleaning system is doing great with the warranty replacement part the customer got from the manufacture.
